The hotel is in the very center, very nice deign and ambience, very clean confortable. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is very good and has a large range of food for adapted to anyone.

Beautiful apartment of the hotel. Well kept and clean. Enough room for my husband and I and 2 grown boys in the heart of the city. Shower was also a working sauna, full kitchen, message chair and dining room. Wish we had stayed more than 1 night.

Well run establishment - the rooms are well appointed and thought out. An example is our suite had a solid silent sliding door between the bedroom and salon which allowed jet lagged me to do things without disturbing my wife. The staff are all very helpful and the location is perfect. Also great breakfast.

Great location, very clean. Traditional style. Short taxi ride to train station. Free outdoor evening concerts in August in the nearby square and double glazing kept out most of the noise

We arrived late and were greeted by Antonella who was very helpful finding us somewhere to eat just before the restaurants were closing. The hotel is perfectly situated, the room was clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast team were attentive and the breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty. On our second night Antonella found us an excellent restaurant in a quiet street. Check out was smooth and efficient.

The location is perfect for walking all over the city, right at Piazza Maggiore and walkable to so many fabulous restaurants. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, but the wonderful hotel staff was very helpful providing instructions on how to access the hotel via car to check in and then direct us to a reserved (very close) parking space. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful with helping book dinner reservations. We stayed in a lovely suite, which was very spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities that you could need. Breakfast was the same daily, but had plenty of options. The only thing we wished the hotel had was a formal bar area. Overall, we 100% would chose this hotel again the next time we are in Bologna!
